Rise of the Tomb Raider at E3 2015

At long last, some footage of the game I’m currently working on has been made public! Feast your ears on this actual gameplay demo from Rise of the Tomb Raider, featuring sound design and implementation by yours truly.

Specifics: For the gameplay shown in this video, I designed and implemented the majority of the SFX for destructible/animated objects, the avalanche, lightning strikes, cinematic cutscenes, 2D winds/ambience, cracking ice and other 3D ambient sound actors, and several of Lara’s systemic and scripted animations (walking, stumbling, running, climbing). I was also responsible for various stages of mixing, and some of the music implementation. So basically, I worked on the majority of the audio you’ll hear in this footage.
